This Privacy Policy explains how the Jaimini Sutram mobile app ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. The App is developed and published by Smit Sakariya (think3ddd Berlin). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information You Provide
To calculate your birth chart, Panchang, and Jaimini sutras, the App asks you to enter:
- Name (optional, used only as a label for your saved chart)
- Date, time, and place of birth
- UTC offset for the place of birth
This birth data is used solely to perform astrological calculations on your device and, if you choose to save a chart, is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your birth details to our own servers, and we do not sell or share this information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
2. Advertising
The App displays advertisements served through Google AdMob. To show relevant ads and measure ad performance, AdMob and its partners may automatically collect and process technical information such as:
- Advertising identifier (e.g. Android Advertising ID)
- Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size)
- General location derived from IP address
- App interaction data related to ads (impressions, clicks)
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob's data disclosure. We do not control how Google or its advertising partners use this data beyond serving ads within the App.
3. Data Shared With Third Parties

5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
6. Your Choices
- You can reset or limit ad personalization through your device's Google Settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
- You can delete any saved birth chart data directly within the App, or remove all data by uninstalling the App.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. The "Last updated" date below will indicate when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
